How do I get the products once I order them?

You may be asking how you will get the product once you have made your purchase. When you purchase the developer tools via PayPal, we are notified via email of your purchase once the transaction has cleared. You will get the download instructions sent to the email address you have registered with PayPal very soon after we are notified. Under normal circumstances this is fairly immediate. If you order in the middle of the night or on weekends, please be patient until the next business day (9:00 am to 6:00pm Eastern Time), but do not be surprised if you get the instructions at any time as the development staff of White Light Computing has been known to work all sorts of strange hours.

Where did you hear about our tools?

Also in the Note area of the ordering form, if you could, please let us know where you heard about the White Light Computing Developer Tools. We are trying different types of marketing to get the word out and it is helpful to understand what is working. Thanks in advance for this information.

Residents of Michigan need to add a 6% sales tax.

Press any of the following three buttons to initiate the PayPal purchasing process (cookies must be enabled for PayPal site, otherwise use manual PayPal instructions below):

Again, you will get an email with download instructions after we are notified of your purchase via PayPal. If you want a CD-ROM mailed via the postal service, you need to add a US$10 fee for shipping and handling.

Manually using PayPal

If the above buttons are not functioning properly you can try a few easy steps to initiate the purchase manually through PayPal:

1. Go to http://www.PayPal.com
2. Login to your account (set one up if you need to do this, it is free to do so). You may need to verify a bank account, use previously banked funds, or otherwise deposit money into your PayPal account.
3. Select the Send Money page (second page of pageframe at the top)
4. Recipients Email:
   Amount: (based on individual product (or bundle) and license quantity)
   Currency: U.S. Dollars
   Type: Goods (other)
   Subject: White Light Computing Tools Purchase
   Note: Include a message with developer name, company, full address, email, products purchased, license quantity, and anything else you think is important.
5. Press the Continue button
6. Verify results.
7. Press the Send Money button.
    
8. EXTRA step if you want the tool(s) quicker. Send an email to  to notify us of this purchase. PayPal is suppose to do this, and we find that it is working about 99% of the time, but an extra nudge cannot hurt. Sending us a direct email will let us know sooner so we can get the tools to you faster.

Not a fan of PayPal, sure we have options!
