Current and past speaking engagements

Rick Schummer has spoken at a number of developer conferences and user groups over the last 15 years. It is a passion of his to share the knowledge he has accumulated on his own and with the generous help of other developers and end users. The "giving back" or "paying it forward" to the developer community and the user group community helps make the computing world a better place to play, and the computing experience much easier for all involved.

The costs involved will depend on the location and travel. Rick travels and presents to user groups near the Detroit area for free. Groups outside of the Detroit area may require covering some basic travel costs, but we do not charge user groups for the presentation unless they are charging attendees a fee for the presentation.
